A Miami baseball player has been arrested and accused of selling marijuana to undercover police officers on university grounds. Frank Ratcliff is also facing a charge of possessing 19 vials of human growth hormone. Ratcliff was booked early Thursday into Miami-Dade corrections custody on $17,500 bond.
